Just a quick heads-up to all of our British friends out there: Guy Rosen and Dvir Reznik will be roaming the streets of London this coming week, Wednesday-Thursday (April 6-7). Their schedule is pretty packed, but they’re always delighted to meet our users, hear your data roaming experiences first hand, your thoughts, ideas about Onavo, or just watch football – preferably with a pint in hand.
So drop us a comment here, or better yet – reach out to either one on Twitter: @guyro and @dvirreznik. They will do their best to accommodate all meeting requests.

Any plans to offer your compression services via a data centre in the UK or to allow selective routing of data (by app) through your service for UK users? A number of web sites or apps I use don’t work or offer a degraded service when (apparently) accessed from outside the UK. For example, the BBC iPlayer app, Sky Go and ITV player don’t work as they identify me as being outside the UK when using Onavo. The BBC websites all show ugly adverts which you don’t get when browsing without Onavo.

Hi James,
Yes, we are planning on expanding our AWS architecture to more locations, including Europe/UK and Asia, to resolve error messages like you receive from BBC, Sky Go, others.

Great news! You know the next question… any idea on timelines for this?
